The FitFlow Access Controller is a proprietary door lock we designed and manufacture ourselves. Members tap their NFC card or scan a QR code — the controller verifies their membership in real time and opens the door. Expired? The door stays shut.

Most fitness centre management platforms stop at the software. They give you a dashboard and wish you luck wiring it to a third-party door lock that barely works. We took a different path. We designed our own controller from scratch — hardware that speaks the same language as the dashboard and the app. When a member taps their card, the system doesn't need to call a third-party API or wait for a webhook. It just works. One team, one codebase, one door.
How it works

Tap NFC or scan QR
The member holds their NFC card against the reader — or opens the FitFlow app and scans the QR code on the controller.
Controller verifies
The controller checks the member's subscription status in real time. Active membership? Green light. Expired? Red light, door stays locked.
Door opens
The electromagnetic lock releases, the member walks in, and attendance is recorded automatically. No front desk needed.
